yes, she can refile for category c9 and withdraw the c31. I had the same problem

in fact, when I reapply for category c9, it was accepted and my filing fee was sent back to me

same thing happens to me so i have to refile C9 category in August hopefully i get my EAD soon though i didn't withdraw the c31 category application

Hi everyone.. I filled for VAWA in July of 2020, I got EAD C31 Jan 2023 though my EAD C09 is still valid till 2024. Does C31 I just got means my VAWA has been approved?

@Krish90 Krish.. Have been reading your responses to peoples questions and I must say that you are very helpful.. But my attorney said C31 is automatically issued when you file I-360. Pls how long would it take to update my I360 status from the day I received C31.. Thanks
