vawa ead C09 or keep my ead based on i130
hi guys, need ur help pls . I recently rescheduled my i130 second interview and am on the verge of submitting vawa. I have an ead that expires in 2024 but I want to know if I file in vawa do I need to file for work authorization too or since my i485 will be hold in abeyance should I just keep renewing the ead I have. thanks for ur opinions

Please submit your VAWA then go to the interview with the notice that you have submitted VAWA thus they should convert your i485 - marriage into VAWA. on that case, you would continue to renew your EAD until a decision on VAWA is made.
