thanks a lot everyone Yes i got my EAD card earlier 20 days earliest .. nick. if it's has been 778 days keep ur faith ur gonna get it soon i applied for i485 and i360 together .. waiting for my i485 now hopefully soon i get it its been 2 years

can you people enlighten me on how to contact congressman? I’m kinda new to this app and I’ve been hearing people talking about congressman and Emma. I filed for VAWA since 2019, the only thing I got from USCIS was RFE and I responded, it does not show on my app if they received it. I do not even get prima facie. I just applied for EAD renewal. Please any help will be greatly appreciated. thanks

you have to present real evidence police report hospital report therapy report 5 witnesses to write down that they saw ur living with abuser 5 witnesses about your good moral your background check and you write on more than 100 paper your realtionip and marriege story with the abuser

I submitted a police report, therapy and 3 witnesses that they were aware of what happened and a background check already to them. so when they asked for RFE it was based on good moral, then I submitted the fbi history record. so do I still need to resubmit all these again?

Every vawa case is different. no where for requirement of vawa says you should have 5 witnesses
