you can opt to adjust status to I-360 instead of I-130 (I think that's the mattiage based Green Card) but 1. talk to an attorney about this, and 2. if you do go to your interview, tell the officer then that there is abuse and you may need to start a VAWA petition. Don't let your current progress stop you from doing what's right for you, abuse is abuse. You will need to establish proof of "extreme cruelty and abuse" by your spouse, so photos, screenshots, witness statements, dates & times, etc. The fundamental idea behind VAWA is self petitioning to leave your abusive spouse and not have your residency bound by them, so definitely ask a professional.
