how long it takes after submitting the Medical ?

@Kulwinder Singh actually they did not ask me any medicals for the approval. i submitted the package in December 2021.

@advance parole I submitted my ex proof of naturalization , all of my friends affidavits and from my work location as well. our proof of residency, our 2 years of tax filling documents, photos, joint bank account and transactions, utility bills, phone bills, insurance, psychiatric reports. we got stimulus checks as well in the pandemic time. we filed divorce in 2023 and granted in the same year but they never asked for it though.

@santhi p did you receive any update at amytime in point that says correspondence is received and uscis is working on it?

@The great i received that "correspondence is received and uscis is working on it" update 2 times until mine was approved. however I did not send anything though but it still updated 2 times. when i asked my lawyer, he said "do not worry about that. I guess they are working on your case actively".

@santhi p thank you. May I ask, did you remember how long that took before you got approved? mine changed to correspondence received in May and I didn’t send anything too. I filed in Jan 2022 and that’s the date i have on my receipt but I called to enquiry in May and they said the notice date was march 2022. so technically, it just turned 3years in march. so it’s been 40months since I filed. just waiting for the approval. how many months did yours takes before i360 approval?

@The great for the first time, i got that update on Oct 2023 and one year later, in Nov 2024 it got the same update again with out sending anything to USCIS. After that, it took 8 months to be approved.
