it takes a couple of days to get the letter

@beesz h thank you for the swift response. However mine is about 11 days now with no letter or moved to "Card is being produced" yet.

@lanim my Card is being produced is the first step, then it moves to Case Approved. What status is it showing right now?

@Dee Grace right now is "Case was approved"

@lanim my Okay so you’re now on the second step. After then, it should show Card is being picked up by the *** and Card Mailed. This timeline is not the same for everyone. From Case Approved to Card Mailed takes about 30 days sometimes and for some other people it goes from Case Approved to Card Mailed in 10 days.

@lanim my It means you didn’t choose for them to give you an EAD C31, so you will not be getting a card is being produced rather you will receive i360 approval notice in the mail. if you had requested EAD it will show New Card is being produced first before Case was approved.

Hello everyone, I just received the Approval notice today and part of the notice says that I may not have request an EAD when filing or were found Ineligible to receive an EAD if requested or missed Application support center.

@lanim my This means that you didn’t request for a work permit when you filed for I-360.
