I did nothing. still waiting for my I-360 approval. on my case I was expecting work permit approval anyways, so both C09 or C31 works fine. The thing is why they put c09 ead card under c31 application. I will wait until I have more updates

@fola yes I was confused when I saw c09 under my receipt c31 then I realized that I need to wait anyways at least I have a work permit regardless if is C09 or C31. But I was wondering is my vawa about to be approved or they made a confusion put that under C31

C31 means your VAWA has been approved

I know, but I’m not sure if what counts on this situation is what is written on the EAD card C09 or on the receipt application C31

the receipt number is that of C31, I think you should reach out to USCIS

c9 is what you get when you have a pending i485. c31 is what you get when your i369 is approved
