during these 3 years .Did you get approve? what did you get during your wait time like Prima facie,aEAD, Biometric or what else, also who about interviews for 360 and 485?

I filed my VAWA in 2015 got approved in 2019 during that time I recived and renewed my EAD USCIS didn’t request biometrics they re used my girst biometrics that I toke when I applied for my I-485. before the approval of my VAWA I recived a RFE for good moral character and police clearance. and yes I recived a few Prima Facie. what do you mean by who about 360 485 I don’t understand

no I only had interview for my I-485

maybe it will take 10-12 months after approval or maybe more depending upon how busy our local field office is

my i360 was approved on february 2021 and its been 6 months am waiting for my GC interview

they only send interview notice for Green card...no interviews for Vawa..vawa only gets approval notices

@harry they will send the permeant resident after approval of the vawa

not the permanent resident..they will send you the interview notice and after the interview they will send you the card

it will be a EAD card under category 31 which is under vawa

yes after you get Green card you can apply for citizenship

when you send in the how long does it take to get an approval

approval can take around 2 years

I mean when USCIS receive your rfe how long does it take to get your vawa approved

it depends on case to case..i got the rfe after one month of submitting my i360,some get rfe after a years..so it all depends

@Harry when you get the EAD card and ur abuser is a resident do I need to fill out anyother form for a green card or just wait on uscis to give a date to apply?

i ask because I got my ead and it going to be expired in October I want to renew it and I also got a SSC whn I check my update it's just telling me when the ead was delivered ntn more so I don't know what to do next should I just wait on uscis?

@Bless if you are a spouse of a lawful permanent resident, then you are not an immediate relative. In this case, you have to file the Form I-360 first and wait for the USCIS approval. When your Priority Date comes into effect, you can submit the I-485 application.As your vawa based Ead is going to expire you should file a new EAD under same category asap

hi Harry I did apply for the i360 it was approved that how I got the ead and the ssc

am just asking you now after I renew my ead card and send it in what should I do next just wait on uscis

@Bless you need i-765 form and file the Ead under category C31 ie the same category that you received the Last Ead.. After you renew you Ead card you need to wait on Uscis approval for submitting i485

@Bless Bless I filled the form I765 and that was it you can go to the USCIS website and download the form and when you are don you can send it to USCIS benefits center

@Miloslav Thank alot am going to get the form and it asap but I was looking at things to do and I saw that it said I can now file my i485 is that possible or does everyone has the same thing when they click on things to do?

have you already file aVAWA petition becase you have to have a ground to request a immigrant benefit in this case you are mentioning I-485
