How long after Vawa did your 1-485 approved? I’ve been waiting over a year for an interview to be scheduled.

vawa approve nov 2023 no update after that in I 485

It is been a month my status changed to "CASE IS READY TO BE SCHEDULED FOR AN INTERVIEW "

Been Approved since March 2023.
Medical everything has been submitted.
it’s just still saying “Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview”.

You can submit inquiry via local Congress. You can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get a decision within 60 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance with it "Writ of Mandamus Pro Se"
