@A T Is filing a mandamus a very complex process ? Do you have any legal background ? how did you file it alone ?

@waiting_since Jan_2020 How do you know it’s a complex process? When was the last time you attempted to file a Mandamus Lawsuit? You don’t have to have a legal background to file a Mandamus Habeus Corpus lawsuit. Forms are available on US District Court website but apparently one has to look for the right forms FYI. I have just filed a second Mandamus Lawsuit yesterday in regards to my I-485 application. I empathize with those who have patiently waited for years, but I refuse to endure such prolonged delays. Consequently, I decided to take matters into my own hands and filed a lawsuit against the government. By doing so, I have assumed control over the situation and am determined to resolve it. never heard of this. Been waiting since December 2022, my lawyer told me yesterday I am still within the normal processing time and she can only request an update dec 2027. When I just started. I could request an update 2025 now am back to 2027
