thank you but it is not the same adress they sent from it before the other one is uscis@dhs.gov and they said that they will call me from a different number then the DHS sent it to me

real those uscis help agents are third party which uscis just created some web line for them to operate, example is Emma, if Emma directed u to live agent those agent are not IO they just people like me and u working from home or somewhere gathering some info from to to deliver to uscis.

that why live agent will never have answer to ur prob until they send request on ur behalf.

not really but Atleast they will try and touch ur case at field office. ur field office take care of interview. scheduling ur interview is in ur field office decision

I did my interview in March 23rd and still no decision

just little keep sending request maybe they will do something.

no one call me till now I did 4 expedite and they sent me msg and emails that they will call me 1 or 2 days but till now nothing

that’s terrible, they are not reliable anyways. but just keep watching out for calls
