Hello guys I have an issue that just popped up. I can’t see my case when I log into my account. It’s just like it has been erased and like I have to add my case as new and when I try to do that with my case number and access code it still don’t let me add my case. I’m confused and don’t know what to do. Anyone ever encountered such a situation ? What can I do. Thank you all

Having the same problem… I believe the system is down. Give it some time… hopefully it will be back up running soon.

It’s most likely maintenance has started early because it’s a long weekend. All cases are down right now and will just need to wait, unfortunately.

@OSMAN SUFYAN This app won’t give you info any faster than the USCIS website. The app gets it’s info from the webiste and I find that the app is usually about 10 days behind.
