This email is to confirm the USCIS Contact Center received your inquiry. This inquiry is regarding:
case status. but My concern is that I have not made any inquiries to USCIS.

@Karen N I got that email about 2 weeks ago after enquiring about my greencard production, saying they would have a response in 72 hrs. They have yet to respond. However, I received my card 3 days ago 😊

did you ever chat to Emma or a live agent? I did in March and I got an email off them yesterday regarding it. it’s a glitch in there system when it’s not live updating after an enquiry.

I called last month to Uscis asking for something about my daughter case but this email was about my I-485 case I don’t know why they send me that email

guys don't worry about it it happened to alot of us last month it's just there system acting up
