@blessing in disguise: No, it only took exactly 1 month, very quick. In fact, it took longer for me to send in my RFE response than it took for them to schedule an interview.

my interview was on Dec16, but no decision 😢

@jude Love: They said they were missing my birth certificate even though I included it. It was super weird, so I just sent the same thing + translation (did not include this in the original package since my birth certificate has English in all important columns)

@Rey Fern: My interview was on Jan 24th, I was actually approved on the spot but I did not get the status update until a day later!

@valrie Palmer: yeah I have noticed that as well… I have no idea why 2020 ones are so backed up when more recent cases are being sped through

Did you receive interview appointment notice on Dec 17 or was the actual interviw that day?

Valrie Palmer: So sorry to hear that, have you tried expediting and suing? That is very uncommon and I feel like you would have grounds to do so

I have questions is this I-130 and if so how come they didn’t approve before hand but they did it after u finished eveytjing or his alredy in the United state
