USCIS finally sent i601a approval to NVC
4 Months 🤦‍♂️ after a little over 4 months, USCIS finally sent my i601a approval to the NVC. Case is now complete at the NVC (all other documents had already been submitted and reviewed) and awaiting visa interview scheduling at Embassy in Paris, France.

Hi. Anyone who had the i212 and the i 601a, approved, who went to the consulate for an interview, had a problem coming back? Or was everything approved and returned? i hear one guy was not approved and have to wait 5 years

@Manuel - Did you complete the NVC documents as soon as you received I-601A approval? Or does USCIS notify NVC first before you should complete them?

@ D Ava- I actually completed most of the NVC process while the i601a was still processing. Once the waiver got approved, all other documents had already been submitted and reviewed by the NVC.
