How can I get to to talk to USCIS Officials especially tier two anybody know how to go about it.thanks

just call 1-800-375-5283 and wait until they ask you what can they do for you , just say interview and that’s how you will be conected to a live agent , you would be on hold anytime between 10 minutes and up to 50 minutes but at the end you will be able to talk to someone
