us citizen filling for spouse 😭
it's been 13months 3weeks and 4 days, can I go beyond 20 months without approval, denial, rfe or notice from uscis? my husband will be doing consulor processing.

It can get there. I do watch Jim Hackings on YT. so it seems 14 to 21 months feels normal. But if they're holding onto it for too long that filing a suit may help move the ball forward.
