US Citizen filled I-130 petition for mom
Happy New Year all!
I have filled petition for my mom on July 10, 2021 and got my receipt notice the next day in the mail and since then there is no change in the status. Is there anyone along the same time frame?

i applied for my parents july 8,2021. status changed to actively reviewing on November 15 for mom and December 16 for day. after that nothing. i am waiting, idk how much long. Nebraska Service Center

@vibes on vibes is 485 adjustment of status? does that mean your parents are here in the states?

@Doc Elina, buckle up because it might take longer. I filed in October 2020 and they sent a request for evidence in December 2020. I responded in and ut was received on March 2021, since then there has been nothing outstanding and I am still waiting. Not easy, I really miss and need my mom here with me.

yeah true! I miss her as well. let’s hope and pray we hear from USCIS soon.
