Uploading Unsolicited Evidence for i-130
Hi all,
I think I did not upload enough bona fide evidence with my i-130 form, and I want to upload some more documents in the "unsolicited evidence" section. But I have read that this could reset my place in line, so my case could be delayed. Is this true? #i-130 #evidence #unsolicited #texasservicecenter

I uploaded mine, it didn't say it will change, it only says, USCIS will consider your timely response.

yes that's true, but I read online that some people said if I upload unsolicited evidence, my place in line will be reset, my case will be delayed, but other people said it won't be delayed

I've made a mistake in I-864. So far i've not uploaded anything in the "unsolicited evidence" section on the fear of resetting my position in the line. So its better to wait and see if they request RFE or resubmitting the I-864.
