@Ashley M you should upload. short term you will see timeline change and it will come back. sometimes it will nudge the reviewer. I have done for my rfe docs.

@black blazer My company lawyer is not very helpful this is their reply “USCIS has recommended against submitting unsolicited documents. However, you may upload the document if you wish. There is no downside or upside to uploading the document. As USCIS continues to process your case, only they can determine if and when they require additional information.”

@Ashley M - update was to wait and watch. if a RFE is issued then respond with the updated passport.

@black blazer thanks kind of similar response as my lawyer. I am so frustrated people get transferred to LA anf get approved the very next day and we are waiting for so long

@Ashley M - totally understand your point. I too just found out that my spouse's case is also at the same FO as mine (non-local) since April 2025.
