Upload or Mail?
If your ombudsman wrote a letter to USCIS on your behalf what’s the best way to send it to USCIS? Should he mail it or uploading it from my account would be ok?

@Baby Love Ombudsmen have a channel for communication with the agencies they oversee. It is not your place to determine the channel for that communication.
