for some categories like eb1a is 15… for C is 45 - and keep in mind it changed from 45 calendar to business days. Also currently Texas is faster than Nebraska, in my research, I’ve seen Nebraska taking around 45-50ish calendar days to approve/deny

I have a question i was L1A and filed AOS concurrently i140, i485, i131, i765 ,, that was July 2024 , and my EAD received but still i485 and I131 not approved, my question is since I filed concurrently is that technically means that my i140 approved or there is a chance that my i140 is still under approval all this time ? cuz the attorney of my employer never shard the i140 receipt with me

for everything else to move forward your I-140 must be approved. You can check the status using the receipt number. your attorney can share the receipt number if not the receipt itself.
