How much is the average time for the Waiting.... ??? Should I call USCIS if they received the upgrade status for my case from Permanent resident to Citizen... any idea on this everybody... ?

No didn't not... because right after my naturalization, without asking i send USCIS the proof of my Naturalization and a letter to let them know to upgrade my status....
