Upgrade F2A to CR1
hey everyone,
I just got my citizenship. I am gonna update my husbands F2A to CR1 category. How long it will take to approved my case. Since it’s been 18 months, am I getting approved soon once it upgrades?

@M T I applied for my husband for I130. Not for me. I have been here For more than Five years now. I just got my citizenship.

just a question are you doing the I130 with the N400 for him an just curious because am waiting on myI485 now I don’t don’t if I can do the same my I130 was approved last year and we applied for it on 2022 that why I say it take time to approve.

@M T Yes. I130 application for my husband and he lives outside of USA. N400 application was for me. I was a green card holder before when I applied for him. Now I am going to upgrade his application to Cr1 since I became a citizen.
