upgrade F2A RFE
upgraded my case from F2A to IR1 on May 18 . got ref sep 25 response to rfe received oct 7 anybody here same boat i want to know how long for approval i 130?

@shiann min still waiting for approva before approval got rfe. so don't be know they upgraded or not.l

oh ok. it’s been 2 months waiting and each time I call they stated that it’s not assigned to an agent yet for the upgrade

I updated mine on June 13, 2025 when I did I make shares the evidences was strong I did not heard anything about the I-130 yet thou
