Updating family information on Form I-140
I have a clarifying question regarding an RFE I am responding to. I made an error on my original Form I-140, and USCIS has asked me to submit a corrected form.
Since filing my original EB-2 NIW petition, I have had another child. Should I include my new child’s information on the corrected Form I-140 that I will resubmit to USCIS, and address this update in the cover letter accompanying my RFE response?
