what is your Filing Date ? Relax, they will likely ask you the same documents that you had earlier submitted

I forgot to add my timeline before. I added it now to my original message. My case is difficult because when I was younger I have 2 duis and also ewi 2 times. I can not see what the RFE says yet. I only see the notice here. I have to wait until my attorney receives the RFE to send me a copy and tell me the next steps. I guess maybe I am nervous because of everything happening. I pray so hard for a positive outcome.

My RFE had a list and only 2 out of 7 named on the list asked me for. Evidence of abuse *Evidence of residency with abuser *Evidence of good moral character Evidence marriage of good faith Evidence if abuser is resident or citizen Evidence of marriage Evidence if you qualify for vawa

sometimes rewriting your story with specific information may be enough as evidence ir evidence like phone bills of any document that proves that you both lived together. Goood luck and stay positive.

@M D you mean they only asked you of 2 out of all these evidences?

@ayel yael yes, but they can ask for more. Most of the time they ask for evidence that you already sent

@M D @Jose A Thank you for your question and thank you for sharing your RFE requests. It just occurred to me that our police clearance reports has a two year expiry so now that cases are pending for 3 yrs+ everyone waiting might receive an RFE for good moral character - police clearance report again. I already emailed my lawyer to ask if we can send it as unsolicited for request. This is disheartening but let's hang in there.

2 DUI is worse then 1 DUI, one of there could be a simple penalty but a second one might rule out good moral character.
