how was the court process?

the court is granted now I’m gonna adjust with uscis because I’m already filed i485 uscis

I was assisting my first calendar hearing in 2019 since Covid-19 the case was keep moving in finally in 2022 the judge make decisions

so good to hear, is it terminated or granted??

because if the adjustment of status is granted by the judge, then you will just get your GC from USCIS .

You will now continue with adjustment with USCIS. I guess if the judge didn’t approve your motion you would need to file another I-485 with the judge who would have adjudicated it in your merit hearing. At that time you would just go to your local office to give the order then USCIS would approve your green card and send it to you.
