From the past 3 months iam waiting after the request. They are just doing nothing.

ok after you sent the copies you need to talk or chat with the agent from uscis then they will creat a request for upgrades then after they creat a request we have to wait 30 days to get email from uscis about the upgrade just sending the copy wont be enough @karla salazar

@karla salazar, i did that all. First they gave a referral no,said wait for 30 days,nothing after 45 days and then 2nd referral and till date nothing.

it took only a couple of days for mine. keep calling them so it's updated.

yall need to send a letter , I did it September 2023 & I got approved/updated November 2023.

@Isveiry Belen Tineo yes we sent in letter and other info needed but just wanted to know what would happen after and about how long it would take to update information on the case

@Gabrielle C nothing new yet, have called uscis 2 times since updated documents and no change to citizen from LPR yet

@karla salazar will be okay :) did you mail the certificate to uscis? are you doing consular process?

@Gabrielle C yeah we our lawyer mailed all documents just waiting for it to change on the website, we started consular with LPR and now us citizen

@Ericka Costales sorry to hear that it sucks 😭 still no update for us either. our lawyer sent the paperwork work over a month ago and no update yet. I called uscis and they said they don’t see any request. I’m not sure what I can do at this point.

@karla salazar our lawyer also sent mail to potomac a month ago but it was returned bc they said potomac service center doesn’t received mails already and we must send the mail to texas and we did about a week ago. we haven’t heard anything from them yet.

@Ericka Costales yes! our lawyer sent all copies & info. we finally got an update on behalf of USCIS July 3 regarding the update, they gave us a reference number and said to wait the 30 days for a response. it’s almost been a whole month and still nothing. any luck on yours?
