hello, guys I’m super nervous. I just recieved an update titled notice explaining USCIS action was mailed.
it goes as follows: We mailed you a notice informing you of the action we intend to take on your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice and submit any requested materials.
what does that mean?

that is a notice of intent to deny. they are likely giving you 30 days to provide proof of something. they can be overcome! try not to stress

make sure you send what they asked for and send extra

I wouldn’t worry until you see what they are asking. Just make sure to read and follow their instructions and if they are asking for certain documents then send them as asked. Poeple get these and it doesn’t mean your chances of approval are gone.
