unsolicited Evidence
Has anyone tried uploading additional evidence in the USCIS account? I noticed some people do not recommend uploading evidence. Does anyone have any idea? My lawyer didn鈥檛 submit supporting docs. I am waiting more than one year and no response from USCIS. so am thinking of uploading lease docs, utilities bills, photos and updated tax returns.

i did and it worked, you should submit documents specifically tex returns utility bills.

claro que puedes adjuntar evidencia no solicitada incluso en esa pesta帽a te dice antes de cargar los documentos que los oficiales toman mucho en consideraci贸n la evidencia cargada porque sirve de actualizaci贸n, yo lo he hecho en mis procesos y claro que ha funcionado tomando decisiones de aprobaci贸n

I think you should wait for their response because they will send you email for additional evidence before you submit anything, or find out from your lawyer before any action.
