Unemployment Benefits w/pending EAD
Hi everyone. My wife lost unemployment benefits as her L2-EAD expired in late April. We’ve filed our renewal process on Feb 26th - so far without any major updates on this process.
Concrete question is, will she be able to apply retroactively for weeks she did not get unemployment benefits?

hi ! i lost my job in décembre ! I applied for L2 renewal in 09/24/ 2020 I still have no ead no L2 !
