i waited 4 months for them to send me an RFE then they scheduled my interview yesterday

@ peace please go ahead and do the medical. it does not expire. it can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks to get done. go on the uscis website and find a uscis surgeon in your area. get your medicals done. so when they do request it u will have it done. I paid 350$ and I had most of the vaccines already because I worked in health care field.. they should and will give u 2 copies. a sealed one that u wil send to your lawyer and the other one for yourself. @

I'm in the same situation, my vawa was approved on August 29 and nothing on my i485. how did you speak to a bot?

It’s been 4 months since my VAWA was approved and had no movement on my I-485.

took 5 months for me to hear back

usually it takes few months to get RFE

@naomi bushira no, vawa unit will send it automatic to the place where your 485 is

I keep watch some time they send but no update on online . if u not receive do or your Attareny may not inform u ?
