U visa based AOS.. waiting forever :(
it’s been 10 years I have been to my home county staying away from family.. uscis is taking forever to process AOS. Waiting from almost 8 years to get the GC.. don’t know how long we have to wait..😞😞

@ I have applied through lawyer only. he says uscis is working slow and cannot do anything. I even tried congressman but no luck😞

Omg that is crazy I filed mines on July of last year and still waiting 🥺 I really hope we get some good news before the end of the year 🙏🏼 stay positive

@J T I-485 based on U visas usually intake 3 years or so. Have you made an online inquiry? Also contact your local Congress representative.
