@housman Ali probably you going to get your work permit and U visa approved soon because this entire year it was for all 2016 applicants but now is 2017 applicants turn.

Here we are in January 2022 and USCIS website still does not provide any information about the bona fide turn around. Soon it will complete 1 year since the bona fide determination without any effective change …

@eduardo Rezende, I undersstand your frustration I've been waiting for decision for U visa 4 years. USCIS said on January 22nd apparently they going to provide a metric to see on average what cases they are providing work permits and bona fide determinations

I am in Texas me and my wife got biometric like that caz I had applied for uvisa in 2020 and I had got biometric in 2020 but since it was holiday they gave me another day it was in 2021 now I am waiting for updates
