Trying to add my Newborn to existing NVC case.
So I approached NVC to add my newborn son to my case and a derivative applicant. They asked for the birth certificate and his passport which I shared and they added his name to my case. Now I need assistance in paying the fee and in the further process of consular processing as I’m in India. My attorney is asking for $780 for assistance. Is this fair or if there’s another attorney anyone can recommend.

call the consulate / embassy for assistance. A friend of mine had the same issue. He called the US Embassy (Colombia) and they help him to include his baby into the case. He paid all the fees the Interview day. PS/ he took the baby to the doctor for the medical exams, as well.
