Traveled on Advance parole
Hi guys, I just wanted to share my recent experience traveling on advanced parole. I went to Mexico for a week and came back through Denver international airport and the immigration was pretty smooth and I was ask just basic questions about my trip. The officer took me to the secondary inspection and they asked me the same questions and stamp my passport with parole and I was allowed to catch my connecting flight.
anyone wants to travel and afraid of it I hope this help.
I have VAWA pending february 2022.

Are VAWA applicants supposed to use RTD and no national passport such as asylee ?

@Paul Paulus As VAWA applicant you don’t get RTD. it’s only for asylee. As Asylee national passport has no purpose.

@Jane doe You can travel to Canada if you have valid visa and your country’s passport. I went to Canada, England and Togo in Nov with AP and those country’s visas.

@Jane doe yes visa, unless your country of origin has a visa free agreement with Canada.
