Hello fam! just got back from a trip to Africa through JFK using advance parole with no issues at the border. I was asked where i went and reason for travel and that was it. Just want to share here and hopefully it helps someone

how long did you stay for ? my mum is in Ghana on advance parole . it’s been about 6 months and she can’t come back now because she’s sick and also taking care of her sick brother . I don’t even know what to do

@Maame kraah i stayed for 2 weeks, 6 months is a long time. please talk to an attorney before she heads back
