travel with advance parole 🥳
hellooooo,
Some of you might remember me when I asked a month ago if it was safe to travel with your travel authorization.
I did 1 month in Europe and came back yesterday @ JFK. The officer transferred me to the 2nd room, and they just checked my documents and let me go.
so yes, it IS safe to travel if you have no criminal record.
i came here with a F1 VISA.
( I overstayed 2y my visa ).
so, if you wanna travel, DO IT , that’s the purpose of the I-131!!!

no deportation order. in 2020 I was given parole to enter back but I didn’t respect it and had a month to leave. I stayed, filed my I-485 nearly 2 years after, got my combo card in March 2022!

@ Alex so one should not travel with an approved AP if they entered the US illegally? does this apply for people who have the AP through a vawa petition
