travel out of the country - advance parole
hi guys - I got my EAD combo card with advance parole on Oct 27.
I’d like to travel from Nov 18 to Dec 3 , do you think it’s a problem to travel more than 2 weeks?
Also I planned to be with my husband for the 2 weeks but is it a problem if I leave 2-3 days before him ?
Also id like to mention that my interview is not scheduled yet .

I have some friends that do travel with advanced parole & no problem. hw long does it take u to received ur combo card ?

they’ll most likely ask why you’re not traveling with your husband

it took me 220 days to have my combo card approved and then 7 days to receive it

it’s fine to travel but always advice not to stay more than a month

you don’t have to worry. I traveled last year with a travel document advanced parole, after my first interview , spend 2 months in Africa and came back . I had no problem. you can travel anytime.

Hi Sarah,
I just came back yesterday go thr USA on advanced parole, I was gone for 2 whole months. They just ask you where you went and what you do. just a formality. I had no issues.
