travel on I-512 with no H1 -B visa stamp
Hi,
I am traveling on I-512 emergency document (single time entry) due to family emergency purpose and I haven’t got a H1-B visa stamped yet, due to no appointment slots available, can I come back on I-512 and continue working on H1-B visa?

Once you go on 512 and come by with 512, HI B visa is invalid.
If you are able to stamp your H1B, then you can come back with H1B
