travel documents (Advance parole)
hi everyone so I’m wondering if one can apply for a travel document ( Advance parole) because of some emergency, while having a pending VAWA case that has not been approved yet??

as long as you have a I-485 pending, you can apply for the combo card which will allow you to work and travel
