Transfer to Queens field office(local FO)
Hi everyone, My EB-3 I-485 case was transferred from Manchester Field Office to Queens Field Office on 08/14/2025. Queens is my local office.I had my case transferred to Manchester field office on 06/13/2025. Has anyone here gone through the same situation recently? How long did it take after transfer for you to get a decision?I heard that queens is a very slow FO.

Usually when they transfer from non local field office to local field office then that means that they most likely will schedule an interview for you.

@sandra A you could talk to live agent via emma chat or you could call USCIS to know if your case has been transferred to a field office or not.
