thanks y’all @Nik Nelly instead of telling the robot I want to speak to an agent I say “infopass” then they’ll say we can help you schedule your infopass appointment then you just have to wait until a agent connects with you they’ll let you know the wait time

yes i sent e-request everytime the system let me and I call almost every 2 days
