🎉Congratulations! When was your case transferred from Texas to NBC?

I hated the generic response that the live agents give. It got me so mad and depressed at a point. The one that I think worked was when I asked the live agent to tell the field office to expediate my case because i was retrogressed for a long time and the current visa bulletin said there will be a new wave of retrogressions. She sent me a list of conditions under which they expediate cases and asked me to choose the one that applied to me. I told her none of them applies to me but my situation is that I have been in the US for 7 yrs and have not been able to visit my family because of the immigration restrictions. She just ended the chat. A week later, I received the RFE. I think she told them to look at it. I may be wrong.

@Bob Zeiger I did not do concurrent application so my I-485 went straight to NBC, I think.

@N N, congratulations!!! Can you please tell me how you contact Emma and live agent? I attempted to submit a "case outside normal processing time" ticket online but it was not created saying 7+ months after i485 submission is normal. My PD was also retrogressed for some time before I could submit it.
