congratulations @ Yocelyne Norena. was I485 approved as well? my i130 was approved four days after my interview on 06/17/21 but my i485 is still being reviewed. my PD 05/15/20

I have a question. can we file I -485 right now. we filled i -130 in January 2020. about 1 year months after filing I-130. will it complicate things?

not yet. there is zero movement in our case sadly

@Xie S… I think you should wait for the I-130 approval however you may want to take a leap of faith now. Honestly, a trial will not harm you.

I received a letter in the mail about the approval for i130, maybe the letter is nvc letter or not I can’t say. I am in the US though. My i485 after interview about a month ago is still under review
