Timeline after medical RFE - 2025
I received my medical RFE in mid Nov and receipt date of medicals submitted is Nov 21, 2025. biometrics , interview were all done in 2021 after which the dates had retrogressed. how many is it taking these days for final decision after medical RFE is responded. please share.

I am in the Same situation. submitted medicals RFE response mid December and still waiting. just need an idea on timeline. Mr file is still in NBC and I am Indian national EB3 category.

my file is also in NBC. I hoped others will chime in and provide some timelines . for me it’s now 1 complete month.

probably I heard some fairytale stories that some people got approved in matter of days after submitting medicals.

I am also in same boat. Files are at NBC. my priority date is 11Nov 2013. can you share your priority date to asses my case?

completed biometrics in 2021 and then dates retrogressed. case moved from Texas to NBC in Mar 2024. Since then no updates on case progress.

my priority date is current in Jan 2026 bulletin.
