Timeline after I-485 Interview – F2A Category?
I had my I-485 interview on November 19, 2025 under the F2A category (spouse of a permanent resident). The interview went well, and the officer did not request any additional documents.
My case status now shows:
“Case Is Being Actively Reviewed by USCIS.”
As of November 19, 2025, USCIS is reviewing my Form I-485, and there are no outstanding items at this time.
Does anyone know how long it typically takes to receive a decision?
I-130 Priority Date: October 2023
I-485 Priority Date: July 2024

@Dhruvin Patel our PD September 27,2023 and dec. 20,2023 interview July 30,2024 on march 17,2025 my status change to case is being actively reviewed by uscis, still no decision yet.

honestly, no time limit, my review started around August 2024 until they approved it December 10th 2025. Just pray for quick decision, I contacted my senator and Congressman but same message every 90 days
