Time to GC approval after Medical RFE to Nebraska (NBC)
Curious to find out the timelines for anyone who has submitted Medical RFE to Nebraska after VAWA approval. How long have you been waiting and if you are approved how many days did it take to get approval notice.

Did you get a notification for the RFE (Request for Evidence) regarding the medical exam for your I-485? How long after your VAWA approval did you receive the RFE for the medical?

NBC received my medical on April 1st and 2 days ago I got an update that they got my fingerprints were taken. still waiting

@Noah Henry Yes, I did. I received the rfe from NBC 16 days after Vawa approval. it came pretty fast.

@Jerry Jo Everybody's case is different and people wait approximately from 3 weeks to 2 yeara for I-485 approval

@naomi bushira I filed is concurrently with vawa.
