Goodnight! which uscis office was approved and which timeline?

Pd June 2017, field office Chicago, marriage base, first interview October 2018 and second interview/stoke was august 2019. since then noting just renewing my EAD that all. my marriage is 4yrs last week!

@ Viktor Klokowski have already contacted my congressman, senator, ombudsmen,made many calls and service request just getting different answer. some background check, pending review, the last I got was security check and that was February.

do you pay to Renew EAD every time? if yes how much? if no, why?

@ola Ola I suggest you sue uscis. waiting for green card approval for years is ridiculous. uscis don’t care about us.

I second this simply go on YouTube and search “sue uscis by Jim hacking” , just be ready to pay the lawyer money and have all your proof ready. as most likely USCIS smelt something fishy in your case hence the extreme delay

you can raise an expedite request due to uscis error using your congressman , I did this for my n400 and got aprroved

@ Johnny No I don’t pay to renew my EAD, EAD renewal is free unless ur lawyer or any lawyer just wanted to take money to do that for you!

I don’t apply for AP

Considering the long processing time for GC, I applied for AP. I plan to travel with it to Nigeria 🇳🇬 but not sure if any one has successfully traveled with AP to Nigeria and returned to the US.

@muso I know people who did in 2019, they were vigorously interviewed at the point of reentry. one was sent back after his wife denied knowing about the trip and pictures of him with other women in compromising situations were found on his phone. please wait for your green card if you can. good luck

i thought you filed mandamus already. if you are sleeping on your case. it might take up to 10 years. either they don't want to give you this greencard or they are investigating you seriously. is your ex in same state with you?

@ mikky O yes was planning that and going for that as soon as am financially stable bcos it’s around $4,500, but am sure by God grace am going to raise the money this month and go for it. investigate they should keep it up then after all what they have done for me... I went for second interview august 2019 and they came to our apartment January 2020 but unfortunately we are not home they call our landlord that very day and ask little about us and after that they went again to my wife grandmother house and interrogate her about us and call my wife that very day again and the officer was on call with her for an hr 5min. since then noting so I don’t care what they are trying to do next or if they are still investigating my case or not! it’s was adjustment of status am doing I don’t kill someone. i just receive my 4th EAD today imagine, marriage is over 4yrs even my Pd will be 4yrs by next month so, summited a lot of evidence at our first interview and our second interview was pretty much ok and good. so what else they want or think I don’t care or want to know. but one thing I believe is that my God won’t fail me and we are all going to be approve very soon🙏🙏🙏
